Industrial Electromechanical Services


1) PLC & Automation Control Cabinet Assembly and Installation

  • Design, assembly, and component layout of electrical control cabinets according to schematic diagrams.
  • Installation and integration of PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and safety relays within the cabinet.
  • On-site retrofitting and modernization of existing control cabinets within the production plant.
  • Wiring and connection of industrial data networks (Profinet, Modbus, etc.) and sensor cabling.
2) PLC Programming and Diagnostics

  • Development of new control programs and modification of existing logic algorithms.
  • PLC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rapid recovery of systems during emergency breakdowns.
  • HMI (Human-Machine Interface) visualization development for easier and more intuitive production monitoring.
3) VFD Commissioning and Control

4) Sensor Integration and Calibration

  • Scaling and calibration of analog signal (4-20mA, 0-10V) sensors (pressure, temperature, level) within the PLC system.
  • Alignment of digital, optical, inductive sensors, and encoders with conveyor and machinery logic.
  • Integration of safety barriers, light curtains, and emergency stop systems (Safety) for personnel protection.


5) Generator and Power Plant Automation

  • Integration of backup and autonomous diesel generators (DG) into the facility's main electrical grid.
  • Installation and programming of ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) systems to prevent production downtime.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of generator synchronization and engine control units (e.g., ComAp, Deep Sea Electronics).

6) Cold Room and Cooling System Automation

  • Design, installation, and modernization of control systems for industrial compressors, chillers, and condensers.
  • Integration and calibration of temperature, pressure, and refrigerant (freon/ammonia) leak detection sensors.
  • Electronic expansion valve (EEV) control and defrost cycle algorithm optimization for high energy efficiency.
  • Programming of remote monitoring and alarm systems (SCADA/HMI) to prevent product spoilage during downtime.

7) Sublimation and Vacuum Equipment Automation

  • Modernization of industrial control systems and retrofitting of existing electrical cabinets.
  • Programming of complex three-dimensional process algorithms in PLCs, ensuring precise alignment of temperature and pressure curves.
  • Configuration of cascade control for vacuum pumps, deep-freeze compressors, and heating elements, alongside precise sensor calibration.
  • Development of process data registration (data logging) and remote monitoring systems for compliance with food and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
